If you have a transfer here I recommend walking around the area or even in the Dining section as they have awesome restaurants as just a lot to see! I have been to this station many times and never knew that section of the station existed!

Please be gentle to Toyoko Inn

It is near Yokohama Station. I think it would be nice to ask JR station staff. (Currently, Yokohama Station is under construction at the station terminal building. Please be careful.)

The function of Shonan liner and commuting is to connect distant and downtown areas, so we do not need to stop at Yokohama because there is no need to stop at Yokohama or Kawasaki which is close to Tokyo

If Keihin Kyuko Densetsu, the fastest 16 minutes to Shinagawa · Fare 300 yen. If it is JR, on Tokaido Line Ueno Tokyo line 17 minutes to Shinagawa · fare is 290 yen. Both can be reached in about 20 minutes.

A big entrance of Takashimaya is lighting up at every event.
